Just trying to clarify what you are saying, your front track width is 1.5" narrower than the rear? Would it have made the difference worse or better had you have gotten 4"bs wheels for the rear and kept the 3.5"bs wheels up front? I'm guessing it would keep the track widths closer together and...
Yes it does it sandwiches between the tow hook passenger side and the tie down hook on the driver side. Here is a picture of the drivers side to give you a better idea.
