FS 3rd Gen Defiant products light bar with 3 kragen hids

Defiant product long tube light bar with 3 7" Kragen HIDS with internal ballasts. Fits 1996-1998 Toyota 4runner. This bar is built very stout not like typical flimsy light bars this thing doesn't move when bounced on. The bar sells for $270 and the lights for $115-145 a piece new I am looking to get $350. The bar comes with all mounting hardware, plastic lens protectors, interior lighted switch, and relay to wire them up. Defiant patterned this bar on my truck, mounting the bar requires no drilling and no cutting of bumper and is completely removable with no damage to truck, it just bolts on. Does this bar use the tow hook holes to mount up? I have legokcen's clevis shackle mounts and just wondering if this will still work with them.

Yes it does it sandwiches between the tow hook passenger side and the tie down hook on the driver side. Here is a picture of the drivers side to give you a better idea.
