I have a question about this install. So you have to remove the two front factory lower radiator support braces for the CBI front skid. Is that correct? Does the skid double as support for the radiator? Thanks!

Thanks Ray I appreciate the response. Is that OEM part just a radiator brace or does it serve a suspension purpose? Also Just to confirm I just need to do the drivers side and passenger is good to go with the OEM? Thanks again!

Found this old thread and just ordered this kit hoping it does the trick. Had my 2019 4Runner non-KDSS lifted with Icon stage 2 this week at a local shop. Was perplexed when I noticed they had dropped the radiator supports by adding spacers/washers. Is this normally required when using Icon...

Has this gotten any worse, OP? I have a 19’ 4Runner that has this same issue at a couple of welds. It spent its first 8 months in Michigan.
