That's sick to have a buddy running the same kit. I'm still using the torsion bar set up. Only because it works better for slow speed flex on rocks.

Crawl control gives you electrically controlled front locker. Basically keeping the wheels with traction turning no mater what.

Nice. That is a huge battery. Kinda glad you are running single battery. The cost of two batteries every 5-7 years can get expensive.

You are right that it's usually not the weak link but he does have upgraded cv axles and it moves the weak link further up the line. It just comes down to where you want the weak link to be at.
I would do BJ spacers and adjust your height by adjusting the torsion bar. Even with Bj spacers and set at factory height. You will get a very smooth ride.

Not seeing the BJ spacer. It's probably cranked torsion bars. They are height adjustable from factory. More you crank them for more height. The stiffer it rides.

Don't get any bigger than what the standard BJ spacer size is. Wanna say they are 1.5 inches tall. That doesn't mean it lifts it 1.5.
