Anybody up for a Potts Mountain Jeep Trail run this Sunday?

Nice!! I'd would def be up for that trip, but I plan on being way too hung over for a 42 mile trek on New Years Day... :cheers:

Sorry, haven't logged on in a while. If that was a Monday then, Yes. Most Mondays I'm either towing a bass boat or hauling kayaks to some stretch of water. Gotta have some R&R!

I work at the gun shop on 4th street. Im either driving it or the taco truck every day. Stop by and you can check out how those shrockworks are holding up.

If I wasn't working this weekend I'd join ya. Not trying to scare ya away but most of those pics and video are the main trail. For myself, sliders are a must on the potts jeep trail. There is nothing I hate more than a door that won't shut (or open) because of a destroyed rocker panel.

From Roanoke go 311 north about 35 miles towards New Castle. Take a right on 611 (a couple miles past the town of New Castle). Then left on 617 (towards The Pines Campground) There are 2 trail heads marked form 617. Most people start at the second, or bottom trail head, and climb up Potts...

Nice. That rig reminds me of my 1st gen. That roar could be the the rear wheel bearings. I've had to change out one or two myself. Just jack the rear up and pick up on the wheel. If it Feels loose. Bingo.

Something ealse that helped smooth out my 1st gen was the "fullsize Chevy rear spring swap". Gives you the all lift without all the rough "lift spring arch".

I'll ship the smaller stuff for $15. The bigger stuff will have to be picked up. I also have xres off of a gen 4. The fog light bezels already shipped. The bumper has been in a light collision. PM if interested. Thanks.

Not ATRAC Its the fan shroud, I need to do some more trimming but I keep forgetting about it until I go wheeling. ATRAC sure does get a workout in those rocks though!!

The fairlead is mounted to the winch plate. Unless that plate moves (which it dosen't) the bumper cover is not effected.
