Damn I suck at these forums.:redbrick:

Sorry I missed this. That is a good looking rig. I love the hidden winch, I might have to look into that. Was a Guy named Chris Harless with you all? He is a Jeep Guy. Let me know next time you go I would love to tag along. Where are you located?

Thanks, I'm in Salem, I may have meet Chris some where down the line but that's not him. It seems like I'm always with a bunch of damn Jeeps. We try to make a few wheeling trips a year (mainly in spring and fall). Ill be sure to post up coming rides here from now on though. Love the stickers ,by the way, ordered 2 last night. :thumb3:

Tradera - can you give us some more info on that trail? It looks sweet! If it's in the right area I wouldn't mind checking it out!

From Roanoke go 311 north about 35 miles towards New Castle. Take a right on 611 (a couple miles past the town of New Castle). Then left on 617 (towards The Pines Campground) There are 2 trail heads marked form 617. Most people start at the second, or bottom trail head, and climb up Potts mountain.

It's a little rough for most people and I have had to use the winch on the main trail before. Just depends on how wet it is.

32"s and no locker it can be challenging.

35"s and locked - not much of a challenge

Its only a seven mile trail, but it takes several hours to run it.

There are a bunch of dirt roads to run also. Bald mountain, hall road, Broad run. Craig county is full of government roads.

I am off most Sundays. Be glad to show anyone around..

I work with a few people from Craig Co. I'm not trying to tear the **** out of my Tacoma and I don't have my winch on yet but I might check this out tomorrow.

If I wasn't working this weekend I'd join ya.

Not trying to scare ya away but most of those pics and video are the main trail. For myself, sliders are a must on the potts jeep trail. There is nothing I hate more than a door that won't shut (or open) because of a destroyed rocker panel.

Hmmm... I may have to wait on Potts MT then. I am not trying to break anything just yet. And with no sliders... my T4R is my daily so I have to take it easy. I sent those stickers out yesterday. Thanks again.

I just now noticed where you live, I work in Salem. I don't think I've seen your rig before though. Sliders are on the list but I need better tires first.

I work at the gun shop on 4th street. Im either driving it or the taco truck every day. Stop by and you can check out how those shrockworks are holding up.

So whats going on this weekend? If nothing's going on I'm going camp at my parents cabin to try out the new tent.

So can we get a count of who is down for a day trip on Saturday? If some people want to camp then that's cool too.

So I make 1 any others?

There is a chance that my family might be going somewhere so I'm not sure yet. For now I will say count me in just because I really want to go.

Woohoo just went to Gander Mountain and got 2 new North Face sleeping bags, roll top table and lantern!
