Just as an FYI, I sold mine in March. It was a 2002 with 165,000 miles, basically the same mods as yours, the frame was also a lot cleaner, and I got $8,000 for it. It's a nice truck but you're still a couple thousand over what I realistically see it selling for.

Aguila is a waaaaaays out. I think it's 30 miles west of Wickenburg, which is the closest town with a grocery store. It's also very poor out there.

That place looks nice, and you'd have the Hassayampa in your backyard that you could take up to Wickenburg or down to Surprise.

Arizona is awesome, but IMO stay away from Phoenix. Wayyy too many people. That's a big reason why I moved back home. My parents are snowbirds in Wickenburg, which is about 10 miles up US-60 from Morristown. It's far enough away from Phoenix (~40 miles) where you don't get the traffic, but...
