the evaporative emissions system has a built in vacuum pump that will run after approximately 5 hours of key off time. It is completely normal and planned for by the manufacturer. Interesting tid bit... when they first introduced the trd blower on the 4.0 there were a lot of people complaining...

If they try to repair it and then you experience the problem again you will be screaming lemon law... you can't have your cake and eat it too.
