White TRD pro 2000 above MSRP. Everywhere I looked is at least 10k above. Go for it?

Offered 40k Out the door for a new 2019 TRD Off road premium with KDSS and moon roof. Dealership sounded like they were trying to get rid of them. Good deal? Or should I try to haggle down some more? Those 2020’s look real nice though...
