Thanks for the info. I am not insistent on buying from him... It would be the most convenient place to buy, but I have no problem going elsewhere. I am just curious how much a line of bs he is feeding me. I guess he doesn't want my $$$ :shrug:

I used the same plasti dip mentioned above on my Taco emblems and also on a few parts on my motorcycle. It has held up great and is a little more unique than just paint. If you choose to use it, make sure you make multiple thin coats, just like spray paint... Good luck!
