Sorry for double posting. I checked all fuses...nothing blown...It was running fine i just wanted to fix the oil leak. Whats the odds of it jumping time? Were going to pull the distributor cap this evening and plug #1 at TDC. Thanks...Anything else I should look for? Someone mentioned to me...

I removed the UPPER plenum in order to get to the Passanger side valve cover. I have since taken it off twice to double check EVERYTHING. Everythings fine...I even poured some gas in the Intake tube...im just not getting any fire...Ill keep looking and post when i find out what it is :/

So, Ive been wrenching all weekend...just updated the coolant system, and fixed some leaking valvecovers... However...After finishing I cant get it to start. It will crank, but no fire... Upon checking, I found this ground unconnected.... here is a picture of the ground...cant seem to remember...

Ok...i took back off the upper intake...And checked everything...All my injectors were wired...There is a bolt at the end of the head that a ground wire goes to...Could you confirm that there is another wire that "jumps" off of it to the firewall? Or should there just be one wire? What happened...

Just as the title states, I picked up a Cherry. 3.0 Manual 4.30 4x4 Shes clocked at 131,364 miles, and apparently was owned by an old man(8,000 MPY!) The interior is by far superior to most anything on the market.Actually alot nicer than my 3rd gen I just let go for $5k, with a rebuilt title...

Hello! Im a trout guide, who utilizes a 97 4x4 Limited to pull a drifter, and haul my junk around. Debating on buying a 1st gen, and selling the 3rd gen. Whats your thoughts? Im thinking the 1st gen will do the same thing, and save me a couple $k that I could tie up elsewhere. 1997 Limited 4x4...
