I did that last year and it fixed that issue. It's more of a revving to 2k or a little over before it kicks in, from a dead stop. It doesn't do it all the time either, or at higher speeds.

That was the original plan before he got the result on the front cat, not sure which diagnostic he did exactly (again, I trust him) it wasn't just the p0420, he singled out the front one. The reason for doing the rear is that the sensor mounting point is shot, looks like it's almost rusting...
