Huge rotella user in my XJ's, so ^that guy gets it. My 06 V8 has 246400 on it. I use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage with OEM Toyota filters. Fumoto valve too so oil changes are as easy as your skid plate bolts will come out.

Had the tank filled before it got super cold, but I had a surprise trip when it was -40 in Northeast Ohio so I needed more fuel. I poured some of my coffee on my fuel door to get it to pop. Fun times.
