I have a 1999 SR5 With a 5-Speed manual Transmission. I am looking to get a new clutch, i recently let a friend drive it and he smoked it. I was wondering what clutch kits are available and what your recomendations are. Its just a stock motor with 148,000 miles on it.

I have a 1999 4Runner with a MANUAL Transmission with 144k. I want to change my transmission oil, front and rear diff, and transfer case oil. What are your recomendations. I work at a shop that is a dealer for Red line so i get a good deal on it i just don't know what weight to run......
