We have another shop about 15 min from us do all of our installs. Brave Motorsports. The trasheroos have a lot of adjustability in the straps, so you can do a lot more than just hang them over your tire.

I hung mine over the plate while we were in the mountains....didnt need to worry about getting pulled over up there. When we get back on the road I just shifted it over to the jerry can side until we could empty it and then flipped it around to the back side of the tire....

The flush mount sr-m's will not fit in the existing holes, but on the second bumper I just finished up I did make accommodations for the flush mount SR-Q's. Not a bit deal at all, but we had to order the lights our self to get the template for the mounting holes rigid provides. If you already...

Stole this pic from JPCLARK. The lights hit right about in your mirror area, but there is a dark spot right down the center. Still a large improvement over the factory backup lights.

You should be able to fit the same size spare in the factory location. Our bumper is a bit higher than the stock one so the spare will be a bit more visible than it normally would be on a trail model, and a good bit more visible on a limited.

The gap is left that way to leave room for the factory shell to be refastened. if you wanted I suppose you could trim a bit more of the factory bumper and reuse it to fill the void, but that is a good deal of cutting and I wanted to keep that part of the install as simple as possible.

The receiver is built and fastened in the same manner as the factory one, but sandwiches the bumper between it and the frame. The holes on the factory receiver wouldn't line up with our bumper being in place, so we made one that would.

The Jerry cans are two single mounts fastened together so that have to option to run a single if you want. Currently no Rotopax accommodations.

One step ahead of you there buddy. Not something we had to worry about on yours, but the production design has ~2" taken out of the rear flange on the driver side of the hatch latch to allow access the stock spare mechanism.

We are meeting up in the morning to get a few more product pictures. As for removing the swing out, the entire thing can be removed by pulling the 1" bolt that acts as the hinge but I would recommend at least pulling the tire off separately because the weight of all the accessories can...

Having the gas skid flange there does help provide extra clearance between the t-case and the skid, but its not required. If you wanted some extra room between the skid and the case, you could do as you mentioned and shim it or simply swap the front flange of the t-case so that it sits below...

We should have this finalized shortly. Chances are it will be a bit cheaper than our previous version. No frame modifications are necessary. Yes. It is a wire loom that runs back to the tail light for the new license plate light provided.
