My Bilsteins came with a hardware pack

The top hats "felt" thin and flimsy to me. But, WTF do I know??? :) I'm no more than a shade tree mechanic. Specifically the service writer said they usually come with a new rubber bushing that was not included. He said overall they were just poor quality.

I just used a small piece of velcro to attach my opener to the side of the console. No extra cost, not attached to my visor and it works great.

I'd take it off completely and reseal. Saves the bother of you missing the leak and having to do it all over again. Plus sealant doesn't last forever. Almost all brands shrink, dry out and crack.

Oh, and if you TRULY WANT to buy my new suspension, I'll take a Toytec setup. Of course I'll need you to pay for installation too.

Buy my stuff and I'll use whatever. Otherwise, price, quality and lifetime warranty were the biggest factors.
