Just bought a 2000 4runner that has 16" wheels and only fair tires. I have 94 4runner that has 15" wheels and brand new tires on it. Will 15" wheels fit on the 2000 4runner and clear the brakes enough or will the 15" wheels cause problems? thanks

My 94 4runner temp gauge climbs almost into and once -in a-while into the red whenever I climb long hills. It also does it when I do a lot of stop and go driving in the city and have to idle at several stop lights. This seems to be an on going problem for me which no one can seem to pinpoint...

It's not losing coolant or boiling over in the reserve tank. I noticed this morning that the gauge climbs from dead cold to full operating temp in less than a mile to work at 30mph. Seems to me the gauge should barely show warmed up in that short of a distance.
