I had to get the 2 grommet clips off ebay ! Toyota dealer near me said they were no longer made ? Anyway the first one i fished in and pressed together. The second i could fit the base in because the carpet hole was so big. I wonder if i should try to close that up. Maybe sew it ? Thanks for...

I'm talking about the actual ring part that this clicks into, in the floor of the carpet. Does this replace that part, too?

So the actual metal or plastic rings in the carpet of the driver's side appear to have come out and I can't get them back in. Any ideas how to reinstall new ones in the carpet? I don't think I can clip my Weathertech hard plastic mats in there without that ring

I own a 2004 V6 4Runner SR5. The manual isn't clear and lists two separate transmission fluid types. I'm pretty sure mine is the 4 speed since I don't think it went to 5 speed until 2005 or 2006. So do I use the Type IV transmission fluid?

I was reading that Advantage T/A Sport LTs by BF Goodrich were loud. Like hilariously loud! Are yours getting loud? Honestly my truck is older so I don't expect super quiet running, but I don't want to contribute to really loud road sounds, ya know?

Wait a sec, which size fits a big THERMOS? The 5/8 or 1/8 inch? There aren't a lot of pictures here. I have the original but it kinda sucks with the pop-out holder that don't hold things well.
