I found a passenger side head on eBay, apparently from a wrecked 99 with just under 200k miles, similar to mine. Will get it checked out and cleaned at the Machine shop Monday. Hopefully all goes well and I'll have a running truck again. BTW Napa, O'Reilly's and AutoZone all never got back to me...
