I'm not getting anything too big camper wise. I think a 4th gen could handle the size I want. I've already ruled out getting a 1st gen. I really don't have the time or resources to work on something like that. They're all yours!
The sienna is the wife's car. I'm kicking around the idea of getting a camping trailer. The more I look at the 4th gens the more I like them. I didn't really want to deal with any smog cert. issues if I swapped to the 3.4l. I dunno, I'll take some time and figure it out.
Just sold my 94. Now trying to decide on a 1st or 4th next. Leaning more towards a 4th so I can tow a trailer. I will miss that 94, it was so clean. If it would have been cost effective I would have had a 3.4 put in it. But I can't do the work myself so this is the next best choice.
Low miles, excellent condition inside and out, good price. I looked at a lot of 3rd gen's. This was the only 2nd gen I found whilst 4runner hunting. All the 3rd gens in the price I was willing to spend were beat to hell and going for 2-3 grand more than this one so I bought it. I had no idea...
I used goo gone. There wasn't that much residue left when i got done. I would strip the decal then wipe it off and then hit the residue spots again with the wheel. After that I wiped the areas down with goo gone.
I think you could get at least $5500. for it here in San Diego. I could have sold my stock 94 w/ 146,000 for $4900 a month ago. Put it on Craig'slist for $7000. and see what happens.
Thx, The inside is just as clean as the outside. The previous owner took very good care of it. I had a kid from Camp Pendleton offer me $4900. for it about a month ago. No way I could part with it.
