I was getting the oil changed and the guys at Kaufman tire recommended that I replace my shocks and struts as they have some rust on them, especially in the rear. They quoted me something around 1100 for parts and labor... The 4Runner is an 03 limited v8 4wd, completely stock with 223,500...

So I tried some 1/4th inch spacers on the front wheels courtesy of Southern Offroad in Alpharetta. There is now a noticeable increase in vibration through the stealing wheel. How likely is it that the spacers upset the balances of the wheels? Sorry for the newbie questions.

Nothing crazy but wanted to make sure the new tires don't rub when the suspension droops or compresses. The do rub slightly on the upper control arm when hard over.

Where do you guys do cars and coffee? I'm in Knoxville that weekend and may be able to come out. Should have the rubbing issues resolved by then too!

I was out of town. Tire shop said it fit. Someone picked it up and said it was all good. Lol

Yes stock hight. So far, no rubbing. But that's on road. Haven't had it off road yet but it looks like it should clear just fine.

We'll be exploring some forest service roads this weekend. Tires got mounted while we were in Ashville for the overland expo.
