General maint.. That's a lot of miles.. I would check all the fluids and joints tomorrow before buying it. If the oil is clean, transmission fluid is nice and red, joints are lubed, radiator fluid is not brown, and brake and steering fluids are full then It was probably taken care of.

What's the rust situation? Clean?
