Long story short... I got new LCAs (gusseted OEM) and bushings (whiteline) and went to a new shop. So much better. I think the crappy LCAs I had first weren't geometrically the same as the OEMs. The bushings were even worse. I could see them flex by using turning the wheel left and right.

Based on the invoice part number they appear to be from O'Reilly. Try not to have me banned from the forum. Haha

I bought Mike Studt links. I'm concerned that the additional length will cause full droop issues with the shocks I bought, but maybe I'm wrong. Wish me luck. For the record I had no idea what I was doing when I 1. bought the truck, 2. had it modified. I should have done a lot more research...

Wow. Interesting. The LCAs are new... at least they were on the first two alignment attempts. I haven't done anything crazy since. The steering knuckle is original to the truck since I've had it. Should I try another shop maybe?

HAHA! I saw your build posts after I saw this and figured... I guess I'll start planning another method. My truck is from Michigan. I POR-15'd the outside of the frame. Didn't know the real issue was the INSIDE. My next 4Runner will be awesome... lol.
