The movement you are seeing is probrably caused by me standing on the running board while shaking the seat. I have never owned a extended cab truck with bench seats from the early 90's or a Pre 1993 S-10 Blazer 2 door. If the seats moved that much in those trucks I would of lemon law them also...

Its only going to get worse, TRUST me !! That why I went lemon law and won. Be sure to get a repair order everytime you take it in that states the exact problem.

Re: Driver's...OK If your seats moves now its only going to get worse. Make sure you document the exact problem on the repair order everytime you go to the dealer just in case you have to lemon law it.

Yea.. the seat had alot of play in it and was getting worse. They know they have a problem with it but their not doing anything about it. Thats why everyone that has this problem should complain.

Well I had my arbitration hearing today for the seat rattle and Toyota has to buy back the 4Runner. If you are having this problem GO LEMON LAW !! Make sure every repair order says the exact same complaint. If I had to go through this again I would get an attorney, Toyota's attorney's are slick...

*UPDATE* After sending the lemon law papers I was contacted by South East Toyota (SET) and they instructed me to take the truck to the dealer for a final attempt to fix the seat problem. They gave us a '04 4Runner to use from a local rental agency. The seat in the rental hardly had play in it...

Ok, the paperwork was just mailed today for the Lemon Law. I will keep you informed when the next step comes.
