Same here. Used Akebono on my previous Odyssey for many many miles, now do the same on 4Runner. Very happy with how they behave.

The big difference is that you'll always have to use premium gas with SC. While with V8 you can use regular. That's prob no issue if you don't go far from large cities. But if you do that is the thing to consider (that's the only thing stopping me from getting SC).

+ if you want the front locker: I payed $990 for the ARB locker and ~$700 for ARB dual compressor and its mount. And for labor (specific to installing the locker and the compressor) it seemed to be extra 3 hours added.

Has anyone here done rear seat heaters? I'm curious where to connect them in the fuse box? I have stock front seat heaters so this pin in the fuse box is already taken.

That's exactly why I went with LT Wildpeaks. They are f@#$g heavy as hell... but they are great in desert and pretty good on rocks too. Sidewalls and thread are sturdy and can sustain tons of abuse.

In my experience Falkens are pretty good on snow (of course if it's not 4 feet high fresh powder). They are not so good on ice or slippery packed snow but none of AT tire would be good on that either.

Thanks Xtremluck! It looks like Eaton doesn't sell those switches separately and buying the entire harness would be an overkill... but I was able to find some potential alternatives while searching for Eaton switch :) Just need to make sure they are tough enough for the current needed.
