yea thanks! they're not too bad for the price i got them for; 1000bucks w/cheap knock off brand mud tires ... just needed a different set of wheels to get thru the winter.

its been a long while since i lasted posted, but after almost 2months of winter gunk caked on it the sun came out and i washed her the first chance i got!! ... felt like a million bucks! heres a pic of her with the snow shoes.

this is an interesting thread ... i myself own a V8 and from what i've read on this thread, i see everybody is fascinated with this "ping" or the thought of their engine "detonating" under hard acceleration. i believe i have similar sounds with my V8 Runner but i doubt its pinging or any type of...

06 V8 13.xx city 18.xx freeway; cruisin at 70mph flat driving :) Rollin on 285/65/18 tires ... definately not a rig i rely on for gas mileage.

I'd like to get a skid plate down there, looks a bit tacky ... i've always liked the plates that came stock on the tacomas, has anyone ever experimented the fitment of those on our 4R's??? and for those of you who've heard about the washington state wild fires, here is how bad it really is ...

thnx momo, i got them thru 4wheelsparts.com during last years black friday sale. so as you can imagine they were sittin in thier boxes till a couple days ago.

i can finally contribute to this thread now. best side shot of the rig i have for now as requested per momo.75 so i put some superflex's out back and kept the XREAS, i kno Toytec advises against it but i went and did it anyway ... does anybody have first hand experience with these springs on...

I put a lift kit on my Runner this weekend. just got the wheels/tires on today.

those of you V8 4Rs with borla exhaust systems ... can anyone tell me if it has a resonator anywhere along the pipes ... if so how long does it measure? from the install diagrams i can see what looks like a resonator at the front of the system, it could just be for illustration purposes but can...

i have a 18v Dewalt DC823, i use a ni-cd battery on it and it's one of the best tools i've ever bought for roughly 200 bucks ... and it came with 2 batteries!! definately a bigger bang for the buck. i used it to break loose crank pulley bolts and its always in my box at the track to change out...
