Not the best pics, but while I saw the burning wires under the seat, it looks like the most upstream portion was under the carpet by the door. The one on the right just shows where that portion plugs in; I couldn't see much, but the wires looked fine upstream of the plug. Really weird the fuse...

OK, so the plastic covering the lower portion (near the door) of the right seat came off, as I was trying to put it back on, electrical smoke started coming out from under the seat. I reached over and turned on the truck (the wires smoked with no key in ignition) to roll the windows down, then...
