So the bracket on my 1991 4runner locked and i originally thought it to be the water pump. Long story short it is just the bracket which toyota wants 750 for bc they wont sell it without the fan clutch. Has anyone had any luck finding parts like this anywhere other than online.

I would go ahead and try to get it sorted out. Dealers will look for any reason to void warranties if yours is even still under one. Alot of times if you have tranny issues they can send a fluid sample to see if you have done anything other than what they recommend.
I wouldnt mind the gm 4.3 for power but Id have a hard time putting a chevy motor in a toyota. In your opinion what would be the easiest to do with the best gains?
