I only had 6k on my XREAS. I am happy with the ride I would say it handles as well or better than stock. The front is a little high but I am hoping it settels. I still need to get it aligned.

Install was pretty easy I would say the front came up higher than 2.5 from the measurements I took. I am guessing the stock suspension was sagging from the sliders and rack.

Install is happening this weekend I will be happy to see the XREAS gone.

I know they are two different systems. I never mentioned KDSS the whole point of this thread was relating to removal of the XREAS shocks on a Limited.

No it is a limited no KDSS. I did not buy it for the XREAS and the shocks and springs were not that much.

Correct I got the older model from a local shop since I am running them at 2.5 lift.

Good Info thanks, i have assembled struts so springs for me. this is why I am leaning towards just popping the single ball joint at the top. Did you have to do anything with the sway bar asides from detaching it from the spindle .

That is the one thing I am torn on is loosing the top arm or the bottom.

I am going to be replacing my xreas suspension with Bistein 6112s and 5100s in the rear with medium OME springs. I know my way around cars and have all the tools just looking for some insite from someone who has tackled this.

Has anyone had issues with the brake lines touching the gussets on their Metaltech sliders? I am going to try and adjust the bracket but wanted to throw it out there.

2017 Limited

I went with the Limited back in August. I was torn but it came down to how i use it. I am going to commute and play on the weekends with no major crawling. I also will be towing a popup camper. I was trading in a 2014 Pilot Touring so the Limited actually gave me more features I just had to get...

I got my email on Tuesday from GOBI that my rack is shipping today. I ordered it on 8/28. :dancin:

I am looking forward to getting them. Once the confirm the come with the dimple plate tread I am going to pull the trigger.
