I had to replace the parking brake cable last mont on my 2000 4Runner. Ever since the rear brakes have been grabbing at slow speeds. The parking brake is adjusted to as loose as I can get it without the nut coming off. How do I adjust the brakes to get them not to grab?

Finished my tundra brake upgrade finally. After returning the defective caliper for a new on they gave me a passenger side caliper when I needed the drivers side. Did the Tundra brake upgrade on the passenger side today. Got to the drivers side and the threads in the calipers for the brake line was defective and ruined the threads on the factory brake line. I'm returning the caliper tomorrow in exchange for a new one and getting a new brake line. Sent...
