    I realize that I could probably go to a dealer and get them, but I was hoping to avoid paying an outrageous price for a very simple part...and I was hoping to avoid buying the entire fog light housing for such a simple part. Would Autozone or some similar store have these?

    Hi guys, Thank you for the help, but I am an idiot (smile). First, the fog light switch must be turned on (its the inner rotating switch on your light switch)! and then you have to have your low beams on. After that, the magical +12V appears. Sheesh. Problem solved.
