Has anyone taken off any body sheet metal? I have taken the front bumper off but I am looking more at the front wheel well/front side quarter panel. I know there is the Service Manual and in there is the Repair Manual but neither cover where the bolts are located for removing these pieces, the...

Just wondering.....did you check you weren't in 4WD? Sometimes when road conditions change from snow/wet to dry, like at a stop light, I get the same thing.

I'm almost positive they are the same thing. It's scheduled for tues delivery, I don't know if I will have time till next weekend to put it in. If you can wait that long I'll let ya know. The IMAF appears to have longer cable with it and just isn't attached.

Agreed. That's the setup I currently use and now have two nice rubbed out metal rust holes in the frame from the mount.

He does not make the splitter (it's made by Firestik), just the adapter and spring. If you order that's all you get you have to order the splitter on it's own....I emailed him last night: "Yes, the adapter will come with medium spring in power coated finish. $37 + $ 5.75 USPS priority mail...

Well poop. No one has the splitter in stock. I have the antenna and the gear, just need the splitter. I will get a picture of my mount up soon for you to have another option. (But now I have to change it)

I know we talked a ton about the trailer in the past but I have finally won a vote from my more intelligent (and income generating) half about doing this setup versus a full size RV. Are you still content and what would you change if you could? Since he is local for me I figured I would go and...

What general time frame you thinking? I've got a pretty booked June but I would willing to work it in.
