You can always lower the rear window to gain access to the cargo area.

oh and btw - the steering is one of my favorite aspects. I'm used to a front wheel drive Honda Accord which is very "thick" feeling. The 4Runner's steering is effortless - can steer with my pinky.

check to see if you temperature control is turned to the coldest setting. This will automatically turn on the A/C. You will have to turn it one click warmer to disengage the A/C. Kind of annoying.

They are the same company but still very different - separate call centers for billing, some different channels, etc. I find that I like some of the Sirius channels better, but I'm stuck with XM. You can add the best of Sirius to your XM radio though if you are looking for certain channels...

Don't know if you noticed or not, but there are 2 handles on the bottom side of the liftgate that you can use to close it. That way you're not having to push against the outer (painted) surface. Comes in handy especially when the lift gate is filthy with road grime.
