UPDATE: After inspecting the O2 sensors, I've determined that the rear O2 sensor seems to be old(er) and probably in need of replacement. The first pic is the one before the cat and the 2nd pic is the one after the cat. So based on the numerous threads I've read, I think it looks old enough...
