Are you using the H4 or the H7?

Could the sound be coming from the upper control arms? Does the sound happen when you turn the the wheel at slow speeds or when your stopped?

What PSI are you running them at?

Any thoughts on P vs Lt? Looking at the Falken's, but I can't decide if a E rated tire is just a huge over kill?
