Can anyone tell me if the 22re is an interfering head?

Thank you for the replied. I finally got out today. I heated the bolt until it was red hot and used a breaker bar and jammed the fly wheel. Hopefully smooth riding from now on.:)

Hey all, I am having a heck of time taking the crankshaft pulley bolt off. I'd took the starter out and jammed the fly wheel with no positive results the bolt wont give at all. Also used WD40 and brake free nothing. Can't use the starter trick as the engine is all taking apart. New head gasket...

Thanks, I will check the measurements given in the service manual. I will also check the plugs again. It is colder than usual. I am going to run the 4runner for a while and wait for warmer weather see if anything changes. Again thank you.

There is no water in the oil and spark plugs look fine. Did a compression check all good I also pressurized the heads and everything looks fine too. How do you check injector?

Hey all, Need some help with my 94 4runner, 22re, 135000 miles. It started to blow smoke out of the tail pipe Grey/white. Only when it first stars it blows it out for about a minute or so and than stops it. She runs fine, but I did notice some leak by the exhaust manifold gasket it looks like...
