Do believe you are correct on the lights but the problem is the defective actuator. Repair is best handled by an automotive specialist with a lift and required tools for removal of the transfer case. Laying on the floor under the vehicle is not where I want to be. Thanks for the input! Cheers!

Could be an exhaust leak. Mine was. Took the shop vac and blew the exhaust air into the tail pipe. Leak existed where the headers join the exhaust. Did not repair just allowed this situation to exist as it shuts down all VSCs of the vehicle. Perfect for winter driving. Spin tires, etc.
