Hello, I got a new-to-me Gen 5 - 2010 4Runner SR5 from my father (~170k miles). It comes from Illinois where salt is used on the roads a lot. Is the rust on the bottom problematic and/or is there something I should do to to fix it (if problematic)? I'm unsure if the amount of rust is common...

I just had a 5th gen shipped from IL -> Seattle for $1425. Holidays are pushing up prices for transportation/drivers/gasoline so that's something to compete with.

Filled it up at Costco! Probably the most expensive tank of gas I've bought. This would be pretty mundane except for the fact that it's my first time with my new (used) 4Runner! Very excited!

We have a Honda Civic too. The 4Runner doesn't get the best mileage and is our "adventure car" and so having a more economical city car is how we view it. Maybe a BEV or PHEV in the future to save even more gas.

I don't think they use much salt in FL, do they? I'm on the West coast, but it would seem to be far too warm in FL to need it.
