I can confirm the change in customer service for the worst. Have a brand new kit that I bought on Black Friday and one of the connectors broke upon install. Retrofit said not covered under warranty and to buy new bulbs at $50! Also the kit has been misfiring in cold temps. Shame they sold...

So I got the seat installed today. It wasn’t that bad. Probably took 3 hours but in reality about 1.5- 2 hrs of work. The seat isn’t quite as nice as the factory skin, primarily in regards to the clips and such. We made it work. I think it will be fine and I feel it is much better than looking...

I have a 2007 Limited with leather interior. The driver’s side seat bottom is cracked on the side and needs replacement. Paint code is 1D4 “Titanium metallic”. Interior code is LB42 which Toyota calls “Taupe.” Do people think the seat bottom below is the correct one? It looks too “tan” for me...

Have a 2001 pro air nautique. All said and done its probably 4500 lbs or so. I have an 07 V8 with airbags. Trailer has disc brakes so braking isn't bad. The short wheelbase of the truck and single axle trailer get annoying with high crosswinds. The v8 has plenty of power. Averages about 12 mpg.
