i just got a 94 4runner sr5 with the 3vz and i have a problem getting it running there is a huge rip in the elbow that goes to the throttle body , will getting a cold air intake fix my issues ( rather than spending the same amount on the elbow itself ), im new to the whole mass air flow sensor...
