I think you just need to keep loosening the thumb screw I circled above until you're able to snap the clamp back down. Everything else in your pics looks good.

They have wind fairings but the Skybox won't work with them. I solved any wind noise by stuffing $2 worth of foam pipe insulation in the underneath side of the front bar, basically just taking up the void.

+1 for the deepsleep! Best mattress system for the 4Runner! My only problem is my stupid third row slants up so I have to get the back off the ground super high to get level.
