Just try switch down the rear hatch window all the way down and then switch it up till the window stops then release the switch. Keep trying 2 or 3 times. It should work. Good Luck.

Hey Buddy! I did the research for you. I asked the dealership about the color. They told me that the last two alphabets are color codes. So 'B0' color code is for the Grey and the Dark Charcoal is 'B1' Your part number should read '84244-35030-B1’ Hope this helps.
