I was hoping for some insight on what route to go on my '02
So my roads are shit and my driveway at my new home is 500' dirt road. Its a pretty stiff ride, which I like for the handling aspect, but my wife and I would love if it could really soak up the rough roads. the driveway is the only...
well yesterday I replaced the lower ball joints. In the process, I needed to replace a tie rod end because it wouldnt break free unless I beat the shit out of it and I tore the boot in the process with a fork. That was the drivers side. The passenger side went A LOT smoother..that should be a...
My wife no longer has the highlander so these have to go. They were from her 2016 highlander hybrid with bucket seats in the second row. Used for two years
Looking to get 150$ for the set plus shipping from zip code 14075.
productive weekend. PS fluid flush, rear diff fluid change, new radiator/cap/tstat/fluid flush and tranny cooler. The PS and diff fluids were dirty as hell. The coolant wasnt too bad. Was green shit, swapped over to Zerex asian car formula.
What did you do to your 3rd gen today?
That's what I was hoping. I looked over the car fax and water pump was done around 60k. I looked over the reports from Toyota owners site and the work order says When the timing was done most recently it was 'timing belt only'. I do remember the...
Began the road to freshening it up. Currently at 266xxx miles, starting to get a feeling in my gut that shits gonna start causing issues so I checked the service history from the previous owner and I see he never had the radiator changed, so that's first up. I also have 90k on the lower ball...
Yea, I found a sticker for 881s on the front. As long as they will be fine holding the weight of a front bumper without any sag, or sag than can be fixed with the spacer. The rear I'm not too worried about because I can stand on the back without any real drop and I'm 200 lbs
ok cool. So then I'd look at something like the 883s or another brand equivalent to support a front bumper and at that time it wouldn't hurt to replace shocks all around and refresh/upgrade the setup?
the hair low in the rear may be from the tow hitch I forgot to mention is on there that came with it, but there also is no spare tire underneath so that might negate the difference anyways
I was looking at the shrockworks bumpers and a rear bumper with a spare tire swingout
I did manage to...
I bought my 4runner in 2013, already lifted. That day I checked the springs and saw the rear had an OME 890 sticker on it. Looked up that it was a 3" lift. Left my curiosity there. Recently it hit me that my front fender gap looks smaller than the rear. Did some measurements and sure enough the...
