to clarify, all i did was plug an aux cable from iphone (headphone jack) to aux jack in center console. no bluetooth setup and our 4 runner has no nav... just the one with a cd player. i have no idea where the microphone is in the car, but it works. i've also tried covering the iphone...

I used to have an Audi and was told all 4 tires had to be replaced at the same time since it was all wheel drive. Is this the case with V8 AWD 4runners too? Will it cause problems with the differential in the long run?

I'm looking into buying a '06 sport edition and don't really need the 3rd row. Would rather have more trunk space.
