So i'm guessing at 120k miles the stock springs should still be good. I know the MOOG rear springs had some issue, but the MOOG fronts do well.

I forgot to add that information. It's a 2008 sport 2wd with 125k miles.
I like the idea of the XREAS, but new shocks/springs for the system is way pricier than what I want to do. Plus I have another car that is for my spirited driving.

My 2008 sport's suspension is tired and I am wanting to rip it out and replace.

Did you have the key in the "ON" position while bleeding?
Actually you don't need to vacuum bleed the rears, there are quite a few threads about using the 4R's pump to help you bleed the rears.
Just picked up my 08 4runner and first thing I want to do is the radio upgrade.
Looking at the T1819, but most I have found are not coming with the factory wiring. I'm assuming it's not really needed, as adapters are needed anyways for use in the 4R.
Or are they?
