along with the bigger brakes, I think you also get X-Reas suspension, which does a very good job keeping the truck from waving like a whale or a ferry. :)

Just had a call from a dealer' service dept. : they have tried 3 kinds of 16inchers; none of them fits. I assume the front calipers really are too large since they fit just neatly in the 17 inchers. Guess I'm gonna put some 275/60/17 Nokian Hakkapeliitta SUV, as my dealer...

I was just wondering if 16 inches wheels fit on my '04 Sport Edition SR5 V8 (with 13.3" vented front brakes). Does anybody know that, or has tried it?
It's a big problem finding winter tires for that otherwise lovable 4runner...
