Replace the entire rear axle and it should get you back on the road. We had a 3rd gen that did the exact same thing and we ended up selling it. We really should have replaced the rear axle and kept it.

Mine does this on occasion. I find it's worse when it's hot out and I drive until the tanks pretty much empty. If I fill up at 1/4 tank it doesn't do it.

I found online to torque them to 13-15 ft lbs, I did that then pushed another 1/8 - 1/4 turn on the cylinders that were loose. Check your sparkplugs. I just replaced them on my 06 V8 last night and 2 of them were almost fully backed out, maybe threaded in half a turn. I had a slight vibration before and now I have none. After doing some research it looks like this happens to some 2UZ's for some reason.

Depends how cold it gets there. In Alberta here anything below -25C or -15F I usually plug in over night. I run synthetic in my V8 but I think its healthier for the engine to plug it in overnight and let it warm up for a minute in the morning before driving. Not sure about your area but powers...

Mines a V8. I was actually expecting a bit more height on the front but I think the extra weight of the V8 is bringing it down a bit.

I did the FJ springs set at .85 with no diff drop or UCA and everything is good. The CV angles are pretty much level now. Not sure on measurements though. Tires are 265/70/17s as well.

Oh yeah I don't think everyone could have an EV tomorrow due to the amount of resources we have, apparently there isn't even enough cobalt/precious metals to build EVs for everyone. But in 20 or so years its likely the only new vehicles you'll be able to buy will be EV due to world governments...
