It's a 2011 4Runner limited. About 99,000 Miles. Photo attached.

The lower caliper pin in my left front caliper is frozen. I have cut out all but the part frozen which is on the inside but can't get it out. What is left is basically filling the hole. May need a new caliper. Any suggestions? Could I drill it out? If not, should I spring for a Toyota...
