New to forum and 4runners

I just bought a 99 4runner (auto 2wd) and was wondering what is the most needed maintenance on these things, and what should I do for a tune up? Keep in mind the previous owner already did the seals, timing belt, water pump @ 115K. It's from Florida, now dry in Texas. Also, where's the best place for parts and accessories? ANY advice is welcomed.
