fleabay (aka ebay) is a good place for the hitch receiver shackle recovery point. They're usually 30 bucks or so I think.
Other places are just googling shops that'll have sales on regular shackles. Most places have on going sales so check them out. Don't limit yourself to Toyota shops but Jeef and other shops will have the same recovery gear.
Straps are also an ebay item or even 4wheel parts (even though I'm not a big fan of them) but they do have awesome sales where you can get pretty good deals on various straps. 2x20 and/or 3x30 should suffice. The more the better of course but then again that's more gear to carry.
Once you get sliders, look into hi-lift as an alternative solution too that can double as recovery gear. Shovel, axe (depending on terrain) will also be useful.
Look into getting the Safety Seal tire repair kit (should be rather inexpensive). It's a must buy item for anyone I feel. (
